All project deliverables are defined exclusively in the signed statement of work. Revisions beyond the agreed number or scope changes after approval are billed separately at our standard hourly rate. Pre-visualization and storyboards are for approval purposes only and do not represent final render quality.
Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. ZBlender retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, including showreels and case studies, unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Third-party assets (fonts, stock footage, sound effects) are licensed for use in the final project only and may not be extracted or reused.
Render times are estimates based on current pipeline capacity. Complex simulations or high-resolution output may require additional processing time. Final delivery is provided in the format specified in the project brief; any format conversion after delivery incurs a fee. We do not guarantee real-time playback performance on client hardware for unoptimized source files.
Projects cancelled after storyboard approval are billed for all completed work up to that point. A 50% deposit is non-refundable and covers initial concept development and asset research. No refunds are issued for completed deliverables that meet the approved brief, even if the client later changes direction.
ZBlender's liability is limited to the total project fee paid. We are not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback, third-party asset licensing issues, or force majeure events. Any legal disputes arising from the project shall be resolved under South African law in the Eastern Cape High Court.
